Quality
Every part is machined, cast or assembled to OEM tolerance and verified against a documented standard — not judged by eye. If a batch doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship, regardless of how tight the delivery schedule is.
Credibility
We quote real lead times, not optimistic ones, and we tell a distributor when a part number doesn't cross-reference cleanly rather than shipping something close enough. Long-term accounts are built on that honesty.
Trust
Every shipment is traceable back to a specific batch, material heat number and inspection record. When a distributor calls about a part six months after delivery, we can tell them exactly how it was made.
