FAQ

Common Questions

Clear answers to help you better understand our services and capabilities.

We offer complete in-house fabrication: CNC milling (3/4/5-axis), CNC turning, laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brake bending, CNC punching, drilling & tapping, MIG/TIG/spot welding, and assembly. All processes are integrated in one facility.

Standard machining tolerance is ±0.01mm. For critical features, we can achieve ±0.005mm with CMM verification. Tighter tolerances may require additional operations — our engineers will advise during DFM review.

Yes. We frequently machine post-extrusion and post-die-cast blanks. This is one of our key advantages — extrusion profiles and die castings are machined in-house, ensuring perfect fit and reducing lead times.

Yes. We provide sub-assembly and full assembly services including PEM hardware insertion, riveting, fastener installation, and component integration. Custom packaging is also available.

We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, PDF, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD files. Our engineering team reviews every file and provides DFM feedback before production begins. We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, PDF, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD files.
