A Hospital in Indonesia
To meet the specialized power requirements of a hospital in Indonesia, we conducted in-depth secondary optimization based on the preliminary design, constructing a high-reliability power supply system for all electrical facilities—including precision medical equipment—to ensure continuous and stable power in healthcare environments. The solution integrates a dual-power input system with utility power inlet cabinets and diesel generator distribution cabinets, equipped with an intelligent transfer switch enabling ≤0.1-second seamless switching for redundant supply; an intelligent distribution system featuring drawer-type switchgear with flexible remote control and low-voltage reactive compensation cabinets (500kVar) to enhance power efficiency (power factor ≥0.95); a safety assurance system with independent fire-resistant power circuits (950℃/180-minute fire-resistant cables, BSN-certified) and emergency lighting cabinets meeting 90-minute backup power standards; and a medical-grade power system providing customized distribution cabinets for ICU, operating rooms, and imaging departments, equipped with surge protection devices (80kA capacity) to control voltage fluctuations within ±3% (DICOM-compliant) and IT isolated power in operating rooms to prevent micro-electrocution. Through secondary optimization, equipment compatibility with the building's power system is resolved, reducing operational failure rates by 40%, while the dual-power switching system and certified fire-resistant infrastructure ensure 0.1-second emergency power transition and compliance with strict safety standards, delivering unified reliability, safety, and precision for medical equipment operation.
