A Heating Company in Dalian
This project provides an overall solution for the desulfurization facilities of a heating company in Dalian, covering the whole process of system design, scheme design, power distribution assembly, on-site installation and commissioning, etc. It is equipped with key equipment such as power incoming line cabinets, variable frequency control cabinets for circulating pumps, PLC control cabinets, and the control system program of the upper computer to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the desulfurization facilities.
Core Configuration and Functions
Equipment Configuration: 2 power incoming line cabinets, 4 variable frequency control cabinets for circulating pumps (suitable for 2 circulating pumps of 110KW, 2 of 90KW, 2 of 75KW, and 2 of 50KW, supporting automatic frequency modulation according to environmental protection indicators), 2 power cabinets for the public system (controlling equipment such as agitators and water delivery pumps), and 1 PLC control cabinet (responsible for data collection and remote control of the backwashing solenoid valves, motors and water pumps). In addition, an on-site operation box is set up.
Desulfurization Tower System: 2 desulfurization towers are equipped with sensors such as pH meters, pressure transmitters, and temperature transmitters. A number of backwashing solenoid valves support automatic circulation (according to the set program) and manual operation.
Public System: The magnesium oxide powder silo realizes the monitoring of the powder level of magnesium oxide, conveying measurement, weighing and automatic control; the magnesium oxide preparation system includes a preparation tank and a storage tank, which monitors parameters such as liquid level and pH value and completes the automatic dosing and preparation.
Project Achievements
The project has completed the equipment configuration and commissioning, and the system is operating stably. Through the intelligent Internet of Things control system, remote monitoring of each heat exchange unit is realized, helping the desulfurization facilities of the heating company to operate efficiently and meeting the requirements of environmental protection indicators.
