Part Two: Products Specifcation And Quality Standard

  1. Products specification : Weight 8-80 g/sqm
  2. Quality Standard: According to International standard of SMMSS/SSMMSS spunmelt nonwovens.
  3. Chips requirement: MFI index of the raw material chips for the spunbond system is 30~40. MFI index of the raw material chips for the meltblown system is 1,000~1,800
  4. Air distribution : Uniform at the cross direction, Decreasing from the airjet to the web former at the machine direction.
  5. Calander (Thermal bonding Width: 1600/2400/3200/4200mm
    Roller Type: The up one surface is fluting and the down one surface is smooth.
  6. Winding with online cutter: Max width: 1600/2400/3200/4200mm

Part Three :Main Equipments

Spunbond system

  1. Dosing system with the negative pressure
  2. Extruder:droven by alternating current motor, autocontrol for the temperature and pressure.
  3. Extruder for recycling materials:for edge material recycling
  4. Melt filter: Use hydraulic screen changer and separate hydraulic system
  5. Spin pump and drive with type of gear pump
  6. Spinning die body: each spinning box can distribute the melt symmetrically and evenly
  7. Monomer suction device: for smoke exhaust function
  8. Quench chamber device: Adopting a new type of cross air blowing structure
  9. Stretching Unite:Adopts a new stretching air duct structure with thermal insulation.
  10. Diffuser:The width of diffusion duct can be adjusted online.

Meltblown system

Two-roll calender:

mainly for web consolidation. There will be some deformation and melting in the web under the condition of high pressure of heating.

Winder:

mainly for winding the thermal bond nonwovens to be a certain quantity. It is made of frame, friction roller, roller auto changing unit, rolling shaft, A/C motor and controlling system

Slitter:

Mainly for cutting the nonwovens according to the request of the customer such as length, width and weight.
