Part Two: Products Specifcation And Quality Standard

  1. Product base weight range: 18-200g/㎡
  2. Quality Standard: According to International standard of PET production line
  3. Chips requirement: The viscosity of the raw material chips for the spunbond system is New PET Chips 0.64-0.67 Recycle PET Chips: 0.7-0.74
  4. Calander (Thermal bonding Width: 1600/2400/3200/4200mm Roller Type: The up one surface is fluting and the down one surface is smooth.
  5. Winding with online cutter: Max width: 1600/2400/3200/4200mm
  6. Off line slitter: CL latest

Part Three :Main Equipments

  1. Crystal and dry system: wipe off the water of PET chips
  2. Masterbatch drying system
  3. Masterbatch metering, mixing device feeding system: transport PET chips to the hopper
  4. Extruder:melt the chips and extrude the melt, providing the required temperature and balanced melt pressure
  5. Vertical cylinder melt filter
  6. Spin pump and drive with type of gear pump
  7. Spinning die body: each spinning box can distribute the melt symmetrically and isobarically
  8. Monomer suction device: for smoke exhaust function
  9. Quench chamber device: Adopting new lateral blowing structure
  10. Stretching Unite:Adopts a new stretching air duct structure with thermal insulation.
  11. Web former:Designed to undertake silk bundle
  12. Two-roll calender:mainly for web consolidation. There will be some deformation and melting in the web under the condition of high pressure of heating.
  13. Winder: mainly for winding the thermal bond nonwovens to be a certain quantity. It is made of frame, friction roller, roller auto changing unit, rolling shaft, A/C motor and controlling system
