What Is The Process Flow For Producing Non-woven Fabrics On A Regular Non-woven Fabric Production Line ?

Date: | Read: 15

The process flow of a regular non-woven fabric production line generally includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Add main raw materials such as polypropylene fiber or polyester fiber into the silo and perform pre-treatment such as mixing, drying, etc. to ensure the quality of the raw materials.

2. Melt spinning: The pre treated raw materials are fed into a melt spinning machine, which is heated, melted, and extruded to form continuous fiber bundles.

3. Forming: By using forming equipment, the fiber bundles are evenly distributed on the mesh belt and form a preliminary structure of non-woven fabric.

4. Needle punching/hot rolling: In a needle punching or hot rolling machine, fiber bundles and mesh layers are needle punched or hot pressed to interweave fibers and form a more stable non-woven fabric structure.

5. Temperature curing: By drying or heat treatment, the fibers in the non-woven fabric are fused to a certain extent, increasing the strength and stability of the non-woven fabric.

6. Processing and finishing: Through coating, compounding, polishing and other processes, the non-woven fabric is subjected to subsequent processing and finishing to obtain specific properties and surface effects.

7. Testing and packaging: Quality inspection is carried out on the produced non-woven fabric, and cutting, winding, packaging and other processes are carried out for storage and sales.

This is a general process flow, and the specific production line may be adjusted and changed according to different types of non-woven fabrics and process requirements.
