The process of melt blown non-woven fabric is mainly divided into three stages: spinning, web forming, and post-processing. The key equipment in the melt blown non-woven fabric process is the melt blown machine, which is the core equipment for producing non-woven products. The melt blown non-woven fabric equipment mainly consists of the following parts:

(1) Melt blown machine is the core equipment for producing melt blown non-woven fabrics. It is a nozzle for high viscosity melt with a certain temperature. Under the action of high-speed rotating airflow, it is sprayed out through the nozzle and cooled by a hot plate to form a uniform, dense, and thick fiber layer (melt blown layer). The melt blown fiber mesh is stacked together to form a fabric (filter material) with certain filtering or isolation properties.

(2) Cooling system: In the production process of melt blown non-woven fabric, due to the extremely fast formation rate of the melt blown layer, it is necessary to cool to a certain temperature and humidity (generally 65-75 ℃ and 80-90% RH) in a short period of time in order to form a dense, uniform, stable and thick fiber layer in the molten melt.
